Revive Aromatherapy Roll-on

Shake before use. Roll or swipe on skin (preferably on your pressure points such as wrists, temples, back of neck, soles of feet, forehead, ear lobes, forearms etc.) and massage with fingers until fully absorbed. Avoid contact with clothing until fully absorbed.

For external use only. Use at your own risk and as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not purchase or use if you have any known allergies to any ingredients, are pregnant, breastfeeding or may become pregnant.

Each Oil Blend/Product may have up to 8 different essential oils - if you require a complete list please email us and we will be happy to oblige as well as answer any questions and/or concerns. Small skin patch test recommended before use on skin if you are concerned about any sensitivity you may have to essential oils.

Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. If contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately.

The only caveat to this policy is if your product arrives broken or damaged in some way.

Shipping is determined by order net weight. Please make sure to choose a shipping option where applicable  - box or bubble wrap mailer, gift box &/or bag (these choices can be found and added under the Custom Gifts & Options tab). Please note bubble wrap mailers are not available for all purchases (such as some glass, or other fragile content). Customization, with a name, available on gift boxes for additional fee (this can be added to your cart on the Custom Gifts & Options page). 

Orders placed Mon-Sat will be fulfilled within three full business days (we include Saturday as a business day in order to expedite your orders). USPS is our standard method of shipment unless priority mail is selected for an additional fee. You will be provided with your tracking number when your order is dropped off at the shipment center. 

Please allow 7-10 days for arrival upon shipping and note that Artisan Aromatherapy & Wellness cannot be held responsible for any postal shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (caused by inclement weather or other postal service issues) or for items marked non-deliverable by your carrier. We will be happy to attempt re-delivery (after re-verifying your shipping details) for any packages that have been returned to us (as a result of being marked non-deliverable by the carrier) or to supply a refund - less any applicable taxes and shipping charges incurred.

Please make sure to double check your mailing address and best contact name and phone number before placing your order.

Important Note: We can also not be held responsible for any packages marked delivered that you did not receive. We recommend you reach out to your mail carrier to resolve this issue (as well as check car-ports/garages, apartment/condo leasing offices, mail-boxes, patios/porches, breezeways etc.).

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns and refunds only accepted and offered within 14 days of placement of order. Product must be unopened and sealed in original packaging upon return.

Refunds or credits will be issued after taxes, 10% handling fee and shipping charges are applied. (Example: If the purchase sub-total is $20 + 8.25% tax & $5.50 shipping - the buyer would receive a refund or credit to their account in the amount of the sub-total less the 10% handling fee, taxes and shipping fee; in this case - buyer would receive a refund in the amount of $18 [as the shipping charges are paid to a 3rd party shipper and cannot be re-couped or returned to the buyer]).

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges applicable.

All sales, promotions and products purchased with loyalty points are considered final sale items and our refund & return policy does not apply. (See PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS)

Note: Any loyalty points received as a result of your purchase will not be affected by any potential returns.

Artisan Aromatherapy & Wellness makes every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason, a return doesn't make sense financially, please reach out and we will see how we can better make things right to ensure you are satisfied.
